Edmonds Custard (Thermomix)

Ingredients

480 g Milk

2 tbsp custard powder

2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp cornflour (corn starch)

Directions

Add all ingredients.

Mix for 7 min / 90°C / speed 3.5.

Transfer to a bowl to cool.

Once cold, stir with a whisk and refrigerate.
